I move amendment No. 4:

In page 4, between lines 2 and 3, to insert the following: "(3) Section 94 of the Act of 1992 is amended—

(a) by the substitution of the following for subsection (1A):

"(1A) Polling stations provided by the returning officer shall be accessible to wheelchair users.",

and

(b) by the repeal of subsection (3A).".
