There is a question which will be dealt with by the Committee of Public Accounts next year or the year after that. I am at a loss as to what that committee is currently investigating with regard to the children's hospital because it has no remit or function in regard to policy. Does the Minister regard the proposal as presented as good value for money in terms of a response to the need to provide a comprehensive hospital system for sick children? Does it offer the best value for money?

Can we afford to do it or not?
