Paragraph 3.44 relates to the role of the commercialisation committee. We have dealt with this but I want to go through it again. It states:
Waterford Institute of Technology Commercialisation Committee had its inaugural meeting on 6 December 2010. Although the assignment of the IP was in process at the time, the minutes of the meeting record no mention of FeedHenry, the proposed assignment, or the revision of the terms of agreement.
