I move amendment No. 97:

In page 26, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following: “(c) The planning authority shall make its decision on the application as soon as is practicable after it receives, pursuant to subsection (14)(a)(ii), a copy of the competent authority’s regulatory decision under subsection (13)(a).”.
