In any individual case, we try to adapt our response to the nature of the case. If mediation is possible, we look at that. If it requires full-scale independent investigation by external independent people from reputable companies, we do that. We do try to operate these programmes in a reasonable and open way, encouraging people to come forward with complaints if they have them, preferably within our existing systems but if necessary through protected disclosure. The systems are there and they are robust and independent.
