We will now move on to the members of the committee. Deputy Farrell has 20 minutes and Deputy Jonathan O'Brien has 15 minutes. The following speakers have ten minutes each: Deputy MacSharry, Deputy Kelly, Deputy Catherine Murphy and Deputy Connolly. At least six members want to get in before the divisions in the Dáil. Even if a member is mid-sentence at the end of their ten or 15 minutes, I will stop them because otherwise other members will not have time to contribute. Everyone can get back in a second time.
