Yes. It is part of the broader Housing First initiative nationally. In this case, it is dealing with people with a high level of need. Each tenant will be supported by a multidisciplinary team. It applies to people with chronic homelessness problems or who are facing a multitude of problems. Homelessness is usually not an issue in and of itself but is linked to a whole set of other issues. This is a broader issue for our society, as the committee is well aware. The Housing First initiative is one strategy that is being adopted nationally and within it, a strand for prisoners is being established. I accept that it is just a start.
