As the Deputy knows, there is an Inspector of Prisons investigation into certain allegations that have been raised. I was asked earlier on when that was likely to complete and I said that the terms of reference ask that it be completed by the end of February or as soon as possible thereafter. We have to allow the inspector discretion on what time she needs. In the meantime, this is an issue where there is an affidavit that has not yet been opened, it is in front of the High Court, it is sub judiceand we cannot talk about it.
