In page 19, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following: “ "related report (subsection (5)(b))" means the report (if any) prepared by the Board pursuant to subsection (5)(b);
"related report (subsection (8)(b)" means the report prepared by the Board pursuant to subsection (8)(b);".
