I move amendment No. 24:
In page 7, to delete lines 25 to 29 and substitute the following: "(a) the Commissioner in performing the functions of the competent authority, and
(b) any employee of the CAR assisting the Commissioner in the performance of such functions,
shall not be subject to the direction of any other person.".
