We have been through a process to consider the regulation of people using the title "counsellor", specifically in the case of agencies setting themselves up, where the need for regulation was clear. The Senator is asking about whether the option should be available in the context of assisted human reproduction and, if so, whether it should be for both preconception and postconception. If it is legislated for, is it the view of witnesses that the State should fund it?
