The Deputy may be familiar with ESB Networks' Dingle project, which is looking at different types of smart technology that would enable what he is talking about on a community basis. It may use things like block chain and new technologies that we will all have to get to grips with as to how they work best from a consumer perspective. That is the kind of innovation the CRU will try to incentivise to see what works best. The value of community schemes is not just about building wind farms and some of the approaches the Deputy is talking about will help to bring people with us. We are open to that.
