At this point only Deputy Aylward had indicated his intention to speak. At the end of his contribution, we will break not for a vote but for lunch, as we will have gone over three hours. We will have a second round immediately after lunch. We cannot go much longer than three hours, as it is not fair to people to be here for that duration.
