No. Again, I am relying on what the independent process auditor has said, which is very clear on pages 16 and 18 of his report.
Those views have been accepted by the Minister and the Government. The record is unambiguous as to what he is saying. I am not going to deviate from that. I do not have a different opinion from what is set out in the report.
