Okay. Something that comes up all the time relates to the appropriation accounts. The Department has done well to have a clear audit, but on procurement and compliance with relevant guidelines, we have a significant change. Can we deal quickly with page 3 of the accounts? We are up at 13 non-compliant contracts at a value of €2.283 million.
