Mr. Mark Griffin:
In fairness to the Minister, one of the first things he said when he came into the Department in the middle of October, well before the 24th session of the Conference of the Parties, COP24, was that his objective was to ensure that Ireland is a leader. He is driving us very hard in the level of ambition. He is looking at the whole area of spending and taxation.
