My point is that, in considering whether and how one might approach a 5G cost-benefit analysis, the first question is whether it is a technology that is proposed, next, is it a technology that will give the totality of the solution, which everybody one speaks to who is expert in this field says it does not, but that it is complementary to the provision of high-speed broadband and fibre to the home-----
