Does Mr. Griffin not think that someone at departmental level should know how many houses are connected to metropolitan areas before it starts talking about counting houses out in rural areas which do not yet have access to anything? We would like to know the percentage of the population in urban areas that is connected to MANs before we talk about what the percentage take-up might be in a rural area.
