I move amendment No. 114:

In page 26, between lines 1 and 2, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 10 of Act of 2000

42. Section 10 of the Act of 2000 is amended by the insertion of the following subsection: “(11) Any provision of a development plan that is inconsistent with a local area plan made by an urban area committee under Part 6of the Local Government Act 2018shall not have effect in relation to the urban area or greater urban area to which that local area plan applies.”. ”.
