At the request of the broadcasting service, members and visitors in the Gallery are requested to ensure that for the duration of the meeting, their mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to aeroplane, safe or flight mode, depending on the device. It is not sufficient to place phones on silent mode as they will maintain a level of interference with the broadcasting system.

I record the joint committee's EU scrutiny decision under schedule A on the proposal for a recast directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the quality of water intended for human consumption. It is proposed that the proposal does not warrant further scrutiny and that it be discussed at the committee's meeting on 18 December 2018. Is that agreed? Agreed.
