I do not disagree with the option being there and it makes a lot of sense. We are saying that people should have the option of opting out. The vast majority of people will be very happy with what is being put in place but the option of opting out has to be given if people do not want to have their data shared. If a person does want the laborious job of having to go through the rigmarole of presenting their data to all of these different agencies on a singular basis they should have that right.
