I am aware of a library, not in my own constituency, that has not taken it up because it is too expensive. If we are going to invest money to make us connected and fit for purpose and to ensure rural Ireland can perform to the best it can, the services provided must be attractive for people to take it up. Otherwise, there is a question mark over that investment.
