Mr. Ryan referred, understandably, to the confidentiality agreements as the operational structure he is operating under, but he also placed considerable stress on the fact the Pepper is regulated. In terms of the references to the confidentiality agreement, therefore, has the regulator sight of those confidentiality agreements?
