The assurance I would like to give is that our residential mortgage business, in terms of how we treat customers and how we contact them, is managed very differently. The Chairman has read out a few individual cases involving customers and how they feel they are treated. With his permission, I would like to give the committee an example of some feedback we have received from our residential mortgage customers. It would also help Glenbeigh customers to get a feeling for some of the unsolicited feedback we receive as a servicer.
