It seems to me from this that Pepper is playing around with the lives of people. I want to ensure that these experiences are not going to happen to the new 6,139 loans Pepper is going to receive. I ask Mr. Ryan finally on this issue what assurances he can give those people who are not part of Glenbeigh and who are in Pepper's grasp already. What does he say to them? Who will they contact? Who can they speak to?
