There is no formal requirement or ability for us to do so in the directive or the regulations, but we have offered the DSP community an opportunity to be on our mailing list so they can self-identify and we can contact them. It does not matter, however, if an entity is or is not in contact with us or on our mailing list. We will still police the directive with regard to them. For example, we have a register, or list, of our own of entities we believe to be DSPs. We monitor a number of different methods to check to make sure they have not had an incident.
