The overall strategic direction of the National Cyber Security Centre is not clear. There is no strategic plan in place. Not all objectives in the previous strategy were achieved. As a result, there is a recommendation. Mr. Griffin has told us that the strategy will be in place in the first quarter of the new year and that there will be an implementation plan.
The memorandum of understanding with An Garda Síochána remains outstanding. It was envisioned in the national cyber security strategy. What will happen with it?
