Then I would like to have ComReg before the committee to ask why it is not enforcing this. I am glad to hear that. I can quote that when I get back to ComReg. I will be doing that in the next two days. I have a last few questions. In respect of greenhouse gas emissions, what is the Department's view on incineration? Some people think it is the way forward for everything, including supplying energy. Does Mr. Griffin have any comment on that?
