That scheme covered lucrative parts. Was it wrong for Eir to then walk away from the roll-out to rural and more costly areas? It took the lucrative part, the cream, and then walked away from the rest. The reason I am asking is that I am leading up to another question, but I would like Mr. Griffin to comment on this question first.
