Spectrum is what provides mobile phone or broadcasting services or, indeed, the services that are required by the emergency services. There is a commitment, at EU level, to migrate broadcasting services from what they call the 700 MHz band. That requires a capital investment by RTÉ. The 700 MHz band is particularly useful for wireless mobile broadband services. RTÉ is migrating its infrastructure and that comes at a cost of €8 million. We are providing that once-off cost, with the service level agreement, SLA, in place and all of that.
