The officials said the Department had done some stakeholder analysis. Often we can learn more from losing a football match than from winning it, as has been said. The ones who are not happy are the ones the Department needs to be talking to. BT was quite forthright in its comments. It said it was seeking fair competition and that Enet should be fully compliant with the rules of state aid approval. It questioned whether state aid approval allows Enet to sell to itself since it is stated specifically that Enet cannot act as retail service provider. I asked earlier about AirSpeed, which is also owned by Enet, so it is selling to a retail entity that it itself owns.

Is that not unfair competition?
