The contract addresses how that is dealt with. I will make two points about the contract. One is that it is the ambition, and the contract was written for this, to ensure that the service that is provided in rural Ireland is at least on a par with the one that is available in urban areas. Part of that is cost. The contract addresses the manner in which the owner of the network can charge the retailers who come on the network, such as Vodafone, Sky and so forth. It sets a standard charge for that.
