I understand that. The point I am making is that there is a big difference between 75% coverage and 99.9% coverage, the latter being the ideal. We need to increase coverage from 75% to 85% or 90%. It is not okay to say just because we cannot meet 100% we cannot have a discussion on the issue. We need to increase the level of coverage. I ask that the Department forward to the committee data on the renewals. ComReg is supposed to audit a random number of the masts annually to ensure the level of coverage promised is being met. The Department might also send us the most recent audit reports in that regard.
