The only reason I am thinking about Waterford is because of that population imbalance but if the Minister of State can find another example that allows him to tease that out with me I am quite happy for him to do so. I genuinely have many big concerns about this. We are here after 10 p.m. again. This is huge stuff and this committee has really not been given adequate time to tease through all of this. It is not that we want to be awkward but we want to do our job properly.
