I move amendment No. 108:
In page 26, between lines 1 and 2, to insert the following: “Persons entitled to vote at a plebiscite
36.(1) Every person whose name is entered on the register of local government electors—(a) prepared under Part II of the Act of 1992, andshall be entitled to vote in the plebiscite in respect of that administrative area.
(b) in force for the city of Cork for the purpose of the local elections in 2019 as specified in section 22,
(2) Every person whose name is entered on the register of local government electors—(a) prepared under Part II of the Act of 1992, andshall be entitled to vote in the plebiscite in respect of that administrative area.
(b) for the time being in force for the city and county of Limerick,
(3) Every person whose name is entered on the register of local government electors—(a) prepared under Part II of the Act of 1992, andshall be entitled to vote in the plebiscite in respect of that administrative area.
(b) for the time being in force for the city and county of Waterford,
(4) (a) Every person whose name is entered on the register of local government electors—(i) prepared under Part II of the Act of 1992, andshall be entitled to vote in the plebiscite in respect of the administrative areas of the city of Galway and the county of Galway.
(ii) for the time being in force for the city of Galway,
(b) Every person whose name is entered on the register of local government electors—(i) prepared under Part II of the Act of 1992, andshall be entitled to vote in the plebiscite in respect of the administrative areas of the city of Galway and the county of Galway.”.
(ii) for the time being in force for the county of Galway,
