I move amendment No. 86:

In page 24, to delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute the following: “(4) An instrument to which subsection (1) applies shall, in so far as it is inconsistent with an instrument that applies to the relevant area or part thereof by virtue of a resolution under subsection (3), cease to apply to the relevant area or, as may be appropriate, any part of the relevant area to which the second-mentioned instrument applies”.
