I move amendment No. 68:

In page 20, between lines 18 and 19, to insert the following: “(10)(a) The chief executive of the city council shall, within such period as is specified in a request under this paragraph, provide the oversight committee with such information as the oversight committee may, from time to time request, for the purposes of the performance by the oversight committee of their functions under this Act.

(b) The chief executive of the county council shall, within such period as is specified in a request under this paragraph, provide the oversight committee with such information as the oversight committee may, from time to time request, for the purposes of the performance by the oversight committee of their functions under this Act.”.
