I move amendment No. 67:

In page 20, to delete lines 15 to 18 and substitute the following: “(9) (a) The chief executive of the city council shall, within such period as is specified in a request under this paragraph, provide the Minister with such information as the Minister may, from time to time request, for the purposes of the performance by the Minister of his or her functions under this Act.

(b) The chief executive of the county council shall, within such period as is specified in a request under this paragraph, provide the Minister with such information as the Minister may, from time to time request, for the purposes of the performance by the Minister of his or her functions under this Act.”.
