I move amendment No. 50:

In page 17, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following: “(7) The Chief Executive of the first mentioned Cork local authority shall be required to discharge payment of the contribution referred to in this subsection on a scheduled monthly basis, by instalment in advance, payment being discharged no later than 5 working days after the commencement of a month.”.
