I seek clarification on amendment No. 25, which relates to planning for the transfer of staff. That is a key, sensitive and important part of the changes and it is important that it would be done right. I could support amendment No. 25 provided that section 13 (7) and (8) in the original document are not replaced or deleted. I think that is the case but I am seeking confirmation from the Minister of State.
