Yes, we would be very interested in the mediation structure described by Deputy Ryan. He also talked about marshalling all of the expertise that is needed in particular situations, which is the kind of model we aspire towards. As we have said, we welcome the Bill that has been published and look forward to exploring it in more detail with the Deputy outside of this room.

Social partnership does not really exist in the sense that it did many years ago.
