It is an issue of concern to us. If the Deputy was to delve into the figures in more detail, and I know he has not had the opportunity and some of the information that I have would not be available to committee members, but if one looks at the age profile of our Department, compared with the Civil Service generally, if one looks at the gender mix and the grade mix, it is different than the Civil Service generally. To give an idea, we have about 150 staff under the age of 30 and close to 3,000 staff over 55. That would not be the typical age profile. Those issues play into that.
