I am looking for some clarity and I am keen to get it right – I might be a little slow today. If I am carrying passengers on any three-wheeled vehicle, then it will not matter whether it has a motor. Is that correct? This is because the future scenario applies only to a four-wheeled motorised vehicle. Is that a fair point? I am simply trying to understand it. If I am wrong, there is no problem in saying that I am wrong.
