I thank Mr. Verbruggen for his very informative presentation, his engagement in the process and for taking the issue very seriously. The National Parks and Wildlife Service can address the risk to special areas of conservation downstream from Ballycar around Lough Gash and Newmarket-on-Fergus, down to the River Fergus and the Shannon Estuary.
