I thank Ms Counihan. We also record our thanks to the Rape Crisis Network Ireland for its submission. Dr. Fitzgerald-O'Reilly is our final guest speaker. Before I invite her to speak, it occurred to me that on a number of occasions over the course of the year a representative of the University of Limerick school of law has occupied a seat before the committee.
