I am saying with all serological testing, there are problems to a certain degree with both underdiagnosis and overdiagnosis. Sometimes we get false positive tests, and we can get false negative tests. Therefore, we must use the testings, together with the clinical scenario, that give us the greatest probability that the testing we see and the result support the clinical entity and confirms our diagnostic suspicion.
