This Bill will be a national piece of legislation. Earlier I spoke about how rickshaws operate. At the moment we are aware of rickshaws in Dublin and Cork. There were rickshaws in Galway but they are not there at the moment. As far as I understand, they are not in Limerick. Once the Houses of the Oireachtas adopt the legislation then it will be national and will allow for the licensing of rickshaws anywhere in Ireland.
