There are supports for that. It is retention in career path. It is one thing starting a job at €22,000, €27,500 or €29,500 but the person has to see where they will be in 15 years. A person will not physically be able to do the work of boning in their late 30s. It is a young man's game but the salary does not treat it as a young man's game.
