The speakers have indicated in the following sequence: Deputy Kate O'Connell who will have 20 minutes; Deputy David Cullinane who will have 15 minutes; Deputy Catherine Murphy who will have ten minutes; Deputy Jonathan O'Brien who will have ten minutes; Deputy Catherine Connolly who will have ten minutes and Deputy Marc MacSharry who will have ten minutes. I ask everyone to stick strictly to the allocated time limits in order that we can complete this section of the meeting before the vote that is due to take place at 1 p.m. We do not want to come back in the afternoon. I may cut members short after ten minutes, but perhaps one or two might get a second chance to comment.
