I thank Dr. Mellett for his detailed presentation on the work of the Permanent Defence Force, as well as the Reserve Defence Force, in addition to the challenges being faced by the organisation, to which he has brought clarity. As three committee members have other commitments in the Houses, I will take them together. I ask members to keep their questions brief in order that we can have an exchange of views with the Chief of Staff and his colleagues.
